Accommodating your whole team whether it's 10 or 60 of you is key and we have plenty of options so it's easy to find the right fit for you.
There are two private properties sleeping up to 30 in each, so for smaller teams one of these is perfect, but for larger groups you can hire the whole estate.
There is plenty of space for meetings across the estate with purpose built meeting spaces in each property. These can be utilised for larger seminars and whole team presentations with formal or comfier more relaxed seating.
You can even use them as break away spaces for your leadership meetings.
Surrounded by 500 acres of Somerset countryside the activity options are endless, we can organise team building activities for you like...

Each exclusive hire property is equipped with a heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna in it's very own spa hall.
Hiring the whole estate means two of everything available for your team.
Each house also has a games room and a cinema room for evening downtime.
Both properties on the estate are self-catering, however we can recommend and work with some incredible local suppliers, private chefs and catering companies.

" We used Malherbie for our European Leadership meeting, we hired out both Beaverbrook and Churchill for the week. Both venues were incredible, Tom was so helpful and responsive with any questions I had in the lead up to the event and was there to show me around when I arrived and was available for anything we needed.
Every room had the wow factor and was spotlessly clean, and the pool/spa areas were out of this world. We hosted the meeting in Churchill and used Beaverbrook for our meals, for this we used Kelly at Fed and Pickled who I would 100% recommend. "

Both properties have 10 ensuite bedrooms. Zip and link beds in every room give you flexibility, with a choice of super kings or twins.
So for smaller groups of just 10 executives everyone gets a super king bed and their own bath or shower room. Larger groups can book both properties together, providing 20 ensuite bedrooms for up to 60 guests.
Kitchens and dining areas are fully equipped to cater for larger groups. Both houses have dining tables that comfortably seat 30. You’ll have all the appliances, crockery, utensils, and space needed to prepare and enjoy meals together, or there’s the option of hiring one of our highly recommended private chefs.
Wall and ceiling mounted air-conditioning units provide both heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Individual room controls mean you can set it to suit you.
Movie rooms double up as a dedicated meeting and presentation room, equipped with ceiling-mounted projectors and long HDMI cables for easy laptop connection. Ample seating means you have the ideal set up for presentations and group interaction.
Starlink Wi-Fi on the estate mean you have the fastest option available and top quality boosters have been installed to ensure optimal connectivity in all rooms.
For presentations and meetings, each property features large pull-down screens and a projector with HDMI connectivity to allow easy connection to laptops and devices.
When it comes to downtime, there’s a Sky Sports and Movies package, as well as Amazon Fire Stick. Log in to your Amazon Prime account, enjoy your favourite shows, get set for a team movie night.
By Car
We are close to the A303 which brings you to Ilminster - our closest town. This is the quickest route from London, with the average journey time around 2 hours 45 minutes.
If you are travelling via the M5 you can leave at Taunton (J25) and it's a further 25 minute car journey.
By Train
Superfast trains from London Paddington arrive at Taunton station in 1 hour 40 minutes, or from London Waterloo to Crewkerne in around 2.5 hours. From Crewkerne it’s a 20 minute drive to our properties.
By Air
Both Bristol and Exeter airports are about hours’ drive from us.
